Team Leader
This is a challenging yet rewarding role in a fast moving environment. We are seeking a confident 'people person' with good communication skills and the ability to manage and supervise a team of home care assistants.
Care experience and a car are essential as the role entails attending reviews and visiting clients. An ability to communicate effectively with care staff, clients and their relatives, social services and health professionals is an important requirement. A minimum qualification of NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent is required and successful candidates will be expected to develop training skills and to ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Based in central Bath, this is a full-time position with a shift system covering 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm. Full training is provided and there is ample opportunity for career development. Salary £20,000 plus.
