Home Care Co-ordinator
This is a rewarding, varied and sociable role co-ordinating care for clients living in their own homes. We are seeking a confident ‘people person’ with good communication skills and an organised methodical approach.
Care experience and a car are essential as the role entails attending reviews and visiting clients. An ability to communicate effectively with care staff and their relatives, social services and health professionals is an important requirement.
Based in central Bath, this full-time position with a shift system covering 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm. Full training is provided and there is ample opportunity for career development. Salary £17,000 to £18,000.
